As a company that continuously works toward improving the lives of our employees, we are proud to announce that DEB Construction has been Certified™ by Great Place To Work®!

Great Place To Work®

With this being our first year as a nominee, we are honored to be awarded this certification and to be recognized alongside great workplaces across the US. Our results from the employee engagement survey showed that “100% of employees at DEB Construction say it is a great place to work compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.” (Source: Great Place To Work® 2021 Global Employee Engagement Study.) Seeing these stats highlights both the positive, and consistent, employee experience that we have developed through our unique culture at DEB.

Key Element of Trust

In the process of evaluating and celebrating workplace cultures, Great Place To Work® has made it their mission to help every place become a great place to work for all. For over 30 years Great Place To Work’s surveys, studies, and research have shown trust is the key element to building and sustaining a great workplace. The most consistent theme from our employee responses was the overall confidence in our executive and management teams. From their approachability at the workplace to their vision for the future of the company, a strong sense of appreciation and value is held for the leaders at DEB.

“Our management team really cares about people and truly tries to improve everyone’s life,” said Jean Lee, Human Resources Manager, in response to the survey findings. “Because this is our core ideology the employees feel truly grateful and enjoy their jobs and the people they work with. I could not be prouder to work with such a great group of people at a truly Great Place to Work!”

Improving Lives and Fulfilling Dreams

In addition to improving the lives of our team, we care about providing opportunities to help them fulfill their dreams. We offer a 401(k) match to help with retirement savings, paid time off to give employees time to recharge throughout the year, contributions toward community causes nominated by our team, and our ‘New Parent Workplace Policy’ for roles that allow remote work while parents bond with their new child. Our employees have provided valuable input over the years to help develop and shape these benefits and policies moving forward.
