DEB completed an interior build-out of a 10,033 SF unoccupied business space, which required precise rough construction to install a total of 41 floor boxes in their exact right locations. The soffit and wall openings additionally needed to accurately reflect the Atmosphere/Steelcase shop drawings for demountable partitions in the open office. To bring the final pieces into place, DEB perfectly laid out the AV and power rough-ins to allow for AVI-SPL installation of monitors for each desk in the workspace.
