DEB Construction provided tenant improvements for JP Morgan Chase Private Client (CPC) downtown Los Angeles branch. The construction of this new banking center incorporated a Chase Private Client area on the ground floor of the 888 Figueroa high-rise building. The scope included high-end finishes with custom flooring, wall paneling, wall covering, ceilings, and lighting for a waiting area, custom conference rooms, and administrative areas.

JPMorgan Chase Bank – Lake Balboa
JP Morgan Chase in Lake Balboa was a 3-phased construction project of interior tenant improvements in an existing building. The existing bank space was remodeled and revised to expand and move to the adjacent vacant tenant space (formerly a restaurant). The work included architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The bank remained opened during the remodel.
- Performed work adjacent to existing active Chase bank without shutting down any business days or causing any interruption to the bank’s customers
- Was able to do cut over between phases over one weekend with field crews from 12 trades

JPMorgan Chase Bank – Pleasanton
This new JPMorgan Chase branch in Pleasanton, CA includes technology features like: ADA scrim screen in the lobby, teller tablets, 3 express-banking kiosks, an instant-issue machine, access teller, teller cash recycler, and Chase private client accommodations. The exterior includes illuminated ATM, drive-up lane, and signage.

Farmers & Merchants Bank – San Clemente
This project, under construction in 2011, is a ground-up 8,800 square foot bank branch. The duration of the project was approximately 9 months. Complete removal and demolition of the interior of the building, prior to construction of the existing structure, was part of the scope. Relocation of banking center. Scope included full rehab of exterior, roof, and interior of block-style 1960s building. Upgraded parking lot and ADA access points, new sidewalks and paved walks.
East West Bank – Beverly Hills
This 10,000 square foot project was a high-end, interior buildout for East West Bank. The bank is located at a very high-profile corner of Wilshire and Cannon Drive. It draws lots of customer and pedestrian attention due to the large size of the bank and the gorgeous finish.
DEB Construction was selected from a pool of highly-qualified candidates due to our experience as a specialty contractor. DEB constructed the entire bank, including new teller lines, cabinets, expansive ceiling, curtain glass walls, carpet, paint, doors, and other architectural details.
The original schedule indicated project duration of 20 weeks. Per the client’s request, DEB accelerated the schedule. In addition to an accelerated schedule, DEB received 34 bulletins of changes during construction. Even with additional design changes, DEB was able to complete the job several days before promised completion.
Comerica Bank – Pleasanton
Interior buildout of 4,000 square foot historic building.
College Hospital – Costa Mesa
DEB Construction replaced the entire roof over College Hospital’s adolescent psychiatric unit. In addition, we installed 4 new HVAC units with new curbs, mechanical roof screen, and duct work from the roof down, while not disturbing hospital operations. This project was OSHPD permitted.

Interior tenant improvement executive offices build out.
JC Penney- Multiple Locations
DEB Construction constructed the newly branded JCPenney “Home” projects at eight (8) sites simultaneously in both Northern CA and Southern CA. Projects consisted of approximately 40,000 square feet of space being demolished of its current functions at each site and constructing new “Streets” and shops including Martha Stewart area, Jonathan Adler, Michael Graves, Ordning and Redding, Bodum, and Celebrations shops.
