UnitedHealth Group – Irvine Monarch – Irvine, CA

This project involved simultaneous interior upgrades across three buildings, ensuring a seamless transition for staff move-in. Our team facilitated the removal of existing tenant equipment as needed, while also enhancing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, AV, telecom, and low-voltage systems.

The scope included replacing carpentry workstations and furniture throughout key places such as reception areas, conference rooms, private and open offices, break rooms, cafeterias, nursing rooms, and storage spaces.

Providence – Oncology Pharmacy – Santa Monica, CA

This project transformed a newly acquired office space into a state-of-the-art oncology compounding pharmacy, tailored to meet specialized healthcare needs. Located within a seven-story building, the pharmacy was designed to meet HCAI-3 standards and enhance patient care by enabling in-house production of critical drug treatments, ultimately reducing wait time and improving treatment efficiency.

With significant foot traffic throughout the building, our team carefully coordinated construction to minimize disruptions, while delivering advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support all equipment in the Ante-Room and both the Non-HD and HD Compounding areas. The scope of work also included new flooring, custom casework for staff and visitors, specialty wall protection finishes, and seismic anchorage for essential medical equipment.

Scripps Health – Presbyterian Cancer Center Garden – San Diego, CA

This project focused on creating healing gardens across three existing patios to support Scripps’ vision to enhance services for the San Diego community. The scope included custom fiberglass planters, irrigation systems, custom donor benches made from salvaged trees, upkeep of live plants, and the installation of owner-provided art, furniture, and accessories.

Our team coordinated the installation of the planters, not only with Scripps but also with the City of San Diego, ensuring each planter was carefully craned up to the corresponding patio. To prioritize patient safety and comfort, the majority of the irrigation system installation and planter infill work was completed during off-hours, minimizing disruption and exposure for those undergoing life-saving treatments.

Scripps Health – Woltman College Garden Renovations – San Diego, CA

To enhance the healing environment at Scripps Mercy Hillcrest, our latest project featured the installation of beautifully designed planters and comfortable seating and benches for patients receiving cancer treatments. As part of this transformation, we also installed an irrigation system to ensure sustainable plant care, seamlessly integrated beneath the elevated flooring, This upgrade created a serene and welcoming outdoor retreat, reflecting our commitment to patient-centered spaces that promote comfort, well-being, and healing.

CHOC Children’s Hospital – Sleep Study TI – Mission Viejo, CA

This HCAI-1 project involved interior renovation for a new outpatient exam room, storage room, soiled workroom, and the expansion of an equipment storage room. Scope included demolition, new framing, casework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and med gas. All scope of work was completed in an active patient care area and extra coordination was provided to minimize disruptions to existing patients within the space.

Loma Linda University Health – Lobby Upgrades – Loma Linda, CA

This project involved a cosmetic upgrade to the high-traffic, high-visibility 1st Floor Lobby at Children’s Hospital. The scope includes the fabrication and installation of a custom registration station with integrated power and cable management, along with the coordination and installation of owner-purchased vendor system furniture.

Emanate Health – Pediatrics Medical Office Building – Covina

This HCAI-3 compliant project involved a complete interior remodel into a pediatric medical office building. The scope included demolition, new specialty ceiling construction with HVAC, bespoke acoustic and electrical systems, plumbing upgrades, new flooring, and exterior site upgrades to fulfill accessibility regulations.

Loma Linda University Medical Center – Sterilizer Room Upgrades – Loma Linda, CA

This project involved the renovation of two distinct areas within the Operating Rooms to facilitate the installation of new sterilization equipment. The scope of work encompassed the installation of infrastructure for electrical systems, plumbing and drains, HVAC upgrades, data cabling, and new finishes. Additionally, DEB Construction delivered investigative services to address additional design requests from end users that arose after the construction had commenced.

University of California, Irvine – 6th Floor Tenant Improvement – Orange, CA

The project scope includes the buildout of approximately 20,000 SF on the 6th Floor of the Chapman Pavilion to accommodate the School of Medicine departments (Surgery, GI SOM, and Transplant). The buildout plan includes the construction of approximately sixty-five offices and additional modular workstations, a 40-seat shared conference room and break room, and two smaller conference rooms for departmental collaboration.
